Try to resolve this problem. Problem: ie-http: / / runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx always find your homepage
While IE7 always goes to the Home Run at startup, even after trying to save the settings first run, it is possible that the mechanism that IE uses to save the settings, you do not work for some reason.

You can prevent Internet Explorer, go to run and jump on the home page by the script.

You have to find access to the URL above and below to find the solution (the problem is always http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx) instead of the homepage, then click on "This script. It is underlined in blue.

It is a common problem with IE7.

They were infected by a virus at a low level. Is needed to try a virus scan also run a program from the Windows machine. I think Webroot is great, and you can download a free trial dl.

It's weird. URL change homepage on the Internet should work options.

Maybe I should try to change your browser. I Mozilla Firefox for about two years and still found no problems.
