Vicodin: Making my face numb and me throwing up? - face numb vicodin
My doctor has me working Vicodin on a tooth. I have one, as it was assumed that this morning. Approximately 20 minutes later my face felt numb and I started vomiting and rapid breathing. What should I do?

John, please do not take this med more. If you are not allergic to this drug. Call your doctor and tell him what happened and he prescribe something for you that is different in chemical composition, but work equally well. Make a note somewhere that you this med more time that you are allergic can take over. Vicodin is a very popular pain med and used in many areas of medicine. I wish you luck HUN! Feel better soon!

Looks like you are allergic immediately go to your local doc or ER. You can walk and anaphylactic shock if he is bad enough, you stop breathing.
Please call the poison control center as soon as possible. You can have allergic reactions to the drug.
